About Stretch and Tone

Low Impact Class.

This class focuses on improving your flexibility and strength through controlled body weight classes.

Stretch & Tone is a low impact, low intensity workout that will tone your muscles, increase your range of motion and flexibility, and help you to relieve stress. Stretching your muscles will increase your flexibility which will improve your performance in physical activities and decrease your risk of injuries.

Bring your mat (or we can provide one) a drink, a towel and most importantly... Yourself!
