This class provides an all over workout but concentrates mainly on legs, bums and tums.
A conditioning class focusing on re-shaping the lower body. The workout incorporates a mix of exercises to work your abdominals, legs, thighs and bum designed to tone and build strength, so over time muscle definition will become more apparent.
