A high intensity interval training in short sharp bursts with minimal rest in between.

A numberof different exercise stations will be set up around the studio. The participants will be split up into groups of two or three people, each starting at one specific station and doing the exercise at that station for a set period of time.

Bring a drink, a towel and most importantly... Yourself!
